As part of its growth and development, CMA CGM Holland is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join its Sales Effectiveness department, in the Commercial pillar.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a preference

Responsibilities:

The Business Development & Marketing Executive plays an important role to the Sales teams, internal departments and our customers. You are responsible for creation of performance reports, business analysis and market status. This to assist and advise the Sales department.
By collecting market data/intelligence, coordinating customer surveys and product campaigns, new insights should be created to boost the sales performance. Also a clear marketing plan needs to be developed and maintained to promote the company to our customers. Besides this, the BD & Marketing Executive will be involved in all (new) processes and tools related to the sales department to make sure this is correctly implemented.
The key responsibilities of the Business Development & Marketing Executiveare divided as such:
Create overviews & perform analysis on Market, Trade and customers
Perform & maintain agency sales’ segmentation
Follow up of sales’ performance & ensures accuracy of compensation
Supports target setting and ensures quality of targets from lines
Create supporting tools for sales
Create reports and perform quality checks in CRM powered by Salesforce
Analyze Market identification from CRM & LISA
Collection of market data/intelligence (benchmark), coordinating customer surveys, product campaigns
Develop marketing communications and sales support material (Sales tool kit)
Ensures pillars of Business Value and Sales Processes are followed by Sales Teams
Involved in all new projects/processes (like iPrice / LISA allocation / NOVA)
Cooperation in process improvement with other departments (Finance/CS/ILS/etc)
Local charges and Local revenue follow-up
Involvement in other projects / market opportunities (ie Port or RTM)
