Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining customer relationships. The Business Development Representative will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prospect into potential customer accounts and other employers through a combination of email, phone call, and other sales channels.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
  • Provide creative business solutions to customer needs.
  • Promote the company with present and potential customers through various marketing programs.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
