The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• In charge of the data management and analysis of company’s revenue stream
• Drive the standardization of data metrics and KPIs and report enhancement leveraging business process and data knowledge
• Assist in model building and deep dive analysis to support strategic decisions
• Develop and implement new reports and data to benefit various teams
• Work closely with the project team on program design and initiatives application

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis
• Able to work individually and be a good team player
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills from both quantitative and qualitative sources
• Strong communication skill in English to facilitate discussion
• Be able to fit in with the fast paced culture of the team
• Can do SQL
