JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strategic relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and services, leveraging this expertise to drive business expansion, innovation, and revenue growth through targeted market analysis, competitive insights, and solution-oriented approaches.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Minimum of 2years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferably within oil & gas or engineering industry.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree in any of the fields indicated above or in business administration/financial management will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of business development success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritie

    Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and partner companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies. Develop and manage business cases for new opportunities, including financial modelling and ROI analysis.
  • Negotiate partnerships and contracts with clients and partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
