Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Officer for our Interior Fit-Out Joinery division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and managing projects from initial concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior fit-out and joinery sector, with a strong understanding of the industry’s trends and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Must have 2-3 years experience in UAE relevant field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management, ideally within the interior fit-out or joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, joinery, and project management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into viable business solutions.
• Solid understanding of the construction industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
• Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, ) is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  Salary + Commission will decided in interview depending on experience.
  Must have Valid UAE Driving license.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s presence in the interior fit-out and joinery markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients including contractors, architects, designers, and developers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and bids for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, market demand, and competitor activity to capitalize on new opportunities and stay ahead of market shifts.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of contracts and ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with client specifications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to promote company services and raise brand awareness in the industry.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
