Description:

  • We are looking for a talented and dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of selling business solutions.
  • This position requires the ability to feel comfortable communicating in a professional and effective manner with C-level executives, presidents, owners, and directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Opportunities: Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify potential business opportunities that align with our company’s goals and offerings.
  • Building Contacts: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry professionals in target markets. Leverage your network to generate leads and referrals.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to prospects, conducting meetings, and delivering compelling presentations that highlight the value of our products/services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in collaboration with the sales and executive teams. Ensure that contracts and agreements meet both parties’ expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends in garment manufacturing, competitors, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed.
