Right at Home is seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our aged care services within the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, promoting our high-quality home care services, and ensuring that the needs of our clients are met with compassion and professionalism. You will be working in a team that is responsible for business growth and retention of existing business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare, aged care, or related sectors.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Western Australia applicants only.
• Previous experience in aged care is essential.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of the aged care industry and understanding of client needs in this space.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Build and nurture relationships with local hospitals, health professionals, and community organizations to generate referrals.
Attend community events and networking opportunities to increase the business.
Continuously research the local aged care market, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Work closely with operational staff to ensure that clients’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, outlining business development activities, challenges, and successes.
