Business Development / Operations Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in retail management or operations, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and operational data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

EDUCATION:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, tourism or a related field is preferred.

• Operational Management: Manage daily store operationsEnsure the store meets financial and performance goals, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Monitor inventory levels and weekly stock taking at 3 warehouse at industrial area.
• Customer Service: Promote and ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints 24/7 everyday.Establish and maintain customer service standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.
• Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and drive sales.
• COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT:Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize loss.
