Job Description
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience. SaaS or Tech is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English – Multi, languages advantageous
- Experience with technology including 6Sense, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and Drift
- A passion for process creation, management, adoption and improvement

Responsibilities:
- Driving BD adoption, aligned with recognized best practices and enablement across Drift and 6Sense, while liaising with Business Development Leadership and Demand Generation teams.
- Orchestrating BD content creation for outreach, ensuring continual alignment with Business Development Leadership, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, utilizing performance analytics from tools such as SalesLoft and Marketo.
- Managing the operational relationship between SalesLoft and Unit4, maximizing the use and functionality of SalesLoft across the BD team.
- Owning, reviewing, and analyzing BD KPIs and outreach performance metrics in SalesLoft.
- Enablement: Responsible for orchestrating onboarding and ongoing enablement in collaboration with our Global Sales Enablement Manager.
