As we expand in the UAE GuestReady welcomes team members who can push our vision forward. We are currently searching for an experienced business development & partnerships manager in Dubai who can partner with other departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. This is an exciting role that will span across increasing GuestReady’s supply of properties to manage, as well as increasing demand for bookings at our properties. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. This is the perfect opportunity to become part of a growing global company.

COMMUNICATE GR VALUE PROPOSITION

  • Clearly communicate GuestReady’s unique selling points, such as comprehensive property management services and potential revenue increases
  • Use real-world examples and success stories to build credibility and trust with potential clients
  • Create and distribute valuable content (e.g., blog posts, opinion pieces, case studies) that addresses the pain points of property owners);
  • Use content to nurture leads and demonstrate GuestReady’s expertise in property management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong knowledge of business and sales techniques
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills
  • Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a must, any additional languages is a plus
  • Previous business development experience ideally within the Real Estate sector in the UAE
  • A network of property owners, developers, brokers and investors is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the short-term rental market, including pricing dynamics, property management best practices, and guest expectations.
