JOB SUMMARY

Are you self-motivated, knowledgeable about Nigerian Market and the workings of the Nigerian Economy and system? You could be the one for this job. Our company is poised to implement a series of projects in the Real estate, Leisure and hospitality space in Lagos and is looking for a Business Development Executive with project management experience.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree with no less than Second Class from a reputable university
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong track record
  • Strong presentation skills (writing, speaking)
  • Strong ability with PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong ability to conduct research
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture professional relationships
  • Efficient and detailed reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentSome experience in Project Management will be a plus

  • Location: Ikoyi, Lagos.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers
