Responsibilities:

Ecophon is part of the global Saint-Gobain Group. Ecophon designs, produces, and sell front end products within sound absorbing systems. The Saint-Gobain Group comprises a number of different companies including the Ecophon products as well as a wide range of other products within the construction industry. Around the world there are a number of Saint-Gobain business units selling this wide range of Saint-Gobain products.
This position has a focus on promoting the Ecophon products among these business units. Hence, you will be instrumental in improving and developing the sales of the Ecophon product range of sound absorbing systems within the Saint-Gobain family in total. You will have the privilege to collaborate with different types of business units, ranging from small to bigger, operating on a diverse set of markets. Ecophon has a huge market potential within the different units. This position covers all markets except Europe. Each collaboration with the different business unit has the character of a project, hence you enjoy and excel in project management (financial planning, budget, set goals, follow up).
You feel at home in a dynamic environment where a “make it happen” philosophy is strong. You will be running business development projects setting the operating principles (pricing, product range, KPIs, marketing) for the different units. In close dialogue with the units around the world your drive and Ecophon ambassadorship will make business happen. The role also consists of analysing and supervising your markets. As part of running successful projects towards the different units, the projects will also involve leading project teams internally within Ecophon that will support the roll out of Ecophon products on the business units.
Hence, your position will entail a quite diverse set of areas: project management, implementing operating principles, stakeholder management, and analysis. You will work closely with the Business Development Project Manager, who will be responsible for monitoring a number of projects, whereas you will be very instrumental in driving and analysing project by project.
In this role, you will report to the Senior International Development Manager. The position is based in Hyllinge outside Helsingborg, at the Ecophon global head quarter, with possibility to work remote. Some travelling is included, approximately 4-5 trips/year.
