REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy) or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management is an advantage.
• Certification in project management or renewable energy is preferred.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage, and other sustainable technologies.
• Knowledge of tools like PVsyst, AutoCAD, or project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and proposal development.
• Familiarity with renewable energy policies, incentives, and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
• Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate complex projects and make data-driven decisions.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, project management, or renewable energy projects.
• Track record of managing large-scale solar or sustainable projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits, client meetings, and conferences.
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to advancing clean energy initiatives.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
