As we expand our presence in Central Europe, we are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Recruiting Specialist (Central Europe) to enhance our business development efforts and drive our growth in the region.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, specifically within the Central European market.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any additional Central European languages is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive successful client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems to track leads and sales performance.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within Central Europe through comprehensive market research and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and positioning Substance as their preferred partner.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors affecting recruitment in Central Europe to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to devise and implement effective business development strategies that drive lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Collaboration: Team up with recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging, optimize outreach efforts, and facilitate smooth processes for client engagement.
  • Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data and client feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.
