Business Development Executive

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role with at least 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Prior work experience from Service Industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus (Zoominfo/Lusha/Apollo)
  • Fast learner and passion for sales process
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Minimum Qualification – Graduate (Marketing / HR)
  • Sales disciplines will be added advantage)
  • Bilingual speaker is preferred; English & Arabic

In summary, a Business Development Executive will conduct proactive new business activities, and thorough market research, identifying trends & new business opportunities, targeting a broad range of clientele. They will play a crucial role in business development and maintaining high standards of service delivery within the staffing sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research for Industries/Sectors specific
  • to identify prospect clients and set up client meetings for the Salesteam.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients with Sales team.
  • Collaborate with team members to help achieve sales growth.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects before the meeting.
  • Empaneling UAE Universities to build UAE Nationals database for Freshers.
