Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company offering a premier studio management solution that delivers many integrated tools enabling studios to optimize their operation, making them more efficient, effective, and profitable. Our product is a feature rich solution offering online registration, class management and scheduling, tuition calculation and payment options for parents of their dance students.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is skilled in B2B sales and will be laser focused on continuing our double-digit growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 5 years of software sales experience
  • B2B success is highly preferred.
  • A strong work ethic and the internal desire to be successful while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Strong ability to learn new software solutions
  • Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems), knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge and passion for the dance industry is a plus
  • Ability to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of outstanding performance and achieving goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly upsell and new merchant account goals.
  • Upgrades and Upselling: Educate current and prospective customers on enhanced features and payment processing that creates more value for the customer.
  • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations, to better understand the customers’ needs, and determine if our solution is the best solution for their business.
  • Diligently document prospect information and communications appropriately in Salesforce.
  • Travel to represent our company and industry tradeshows (3-4 times per year)
