REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales.
- Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technology environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients in the U.S. and Canada.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar is a plus.
- Availability to work across different time zones as needed (including U.S. West Coast hours).

Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities in the U.S. and Canadian markets, working closely with our marketing and sales teams. This role is crucial for driving new customer acquisition and expanding our market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads generated by marketing.
- Identify and qualify potential leads in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and campaigns.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage customer information and opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff.
- Meet daily call and sales targets.
