As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving our business growth. Were looking for energetic sales professionals with experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Food & Beverage industries. Your technical selling skills, along with expertise in rotating equipment mechanical seals and/or pumps, will help you tap into existing networks, create new connections, and foster long-lasting partnerships.

  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
  • Track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets, pipeline growth, management and innovative new territory and customer development application.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, planning, communication, reporting, financial and negotiating skills.
