Business Development Representative

Anchor Plastics is looking for the right person to help our company grow better. We are currently expecting a 25% growth for 2025. However we are looking for someone to help us better serve & chase new business from current and potential customers. We are looking for someone who can do the following:
* Prospect and analyze what makes a great customer for Anchor Plastics.
*Develop sales from current leads and existing customer base.
*Develop digital marketing campaigns and utilize AI tools to communicate effectively to new potential clients.
*Communicate exceptionally in both verbal and non-verbal capacity.
*Work in CRM database and update current records.
* Help us grow our social media presence.
This Job can be either full-time or part-time depending on what you are looking for. This could also be a great opportunity for an internship.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in business development and strategic planning
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software
• Excellent negotiation and project management abilities
• Solid understanding of customer relationship management and marketing strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive results
  Drug test and background checks will be required.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
