JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our buying partner base for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) by delivering added value through Microsoft tools and our Arrowsphere platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good command of Dutch and French
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partner management, preferably within the IT or cloud services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft CSP and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new buying partners for Microsoft CSP.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with these partners to drive growth and retention.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools and the Arrowsphere platform to provide partners with innovative solutions and added value.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for partners.
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft CSP developments to ensure competitive advantage.
