*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong passion for the automotive industry and experience in selling enterprise software-as-a-service solutions. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for UBench. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings or calls for our sales executives.

*REQUIREMENTS:*

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry or SaaS solutions.
  • Dutch and English
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.
  • Qualification: Engage with inbound leads, qualify their interest and needs, and set up meetings or calls with our sales executives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights to effectively articulate UBench’s value proposition to potential customers.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential customers by consistently following up and providing relevant information, resources, and insights.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities and prospect information in our CRM system to ensure effective pipeline management and collaboration with the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and overall sales strategy.
