POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are in search of a Business Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team. This role focuses on closing deals with warm leads who have pre-booked their call times, rather than cold calls or lead generation. This is a high-ticket sales environment, and your performance will be generously rewarded with performance-based bonuses.
REQUIREMENTS
- Close Sales: Engage with pre-booked warm leads to close high-ticket sales.
- Client Relationship Development: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our offerings accordingly.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor your sales metrics and continuously aim to exceed targets.
- CRM Management: Log call data and customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Feedback Loop: Provide actionable insights to the marketing and production teams based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
- Tech-Savvy: Must possess a broad understanding of modern online sales-enabling technology to efficiently navigate various platforms and tools integral to the role.
- High Cognitive Skills: Ability to engage intellectually with our educated customer base, demonstrating a deep understanding of our sophisticated educational products.
