What We Are Seeking
BDRs are instrumental in supporting the success of our business. The primary function of the BDR is to attract new clients into the company through the ongoing development of prospective customers. The output of the prospecting responsibilities of a BDR are qualified meetings that will be managed by Sales Executives and new opportunities that will become revenue for Bizagi.
BDRs work closely with marketing and sales. BDRs contact clients through phone and email and work on a daily basis using digital tools.
We seek team players who collaborate with others across Bizagi and partner with our customers to deliver success.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling
  • Work closely with your sales executive to further develop the lead into the sales pipeline
  • Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate interest in Bizagi’s product portfolio
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and department strategy sessions
  • Maximize referral potentials.
  • Qualify potential customers
  • Ensure the company meets revenue and profit goals.
  • Researches and develops new business contacts and opportunities and prepares presentations accordingly.
  • Create a strategy to approach clients using digital tools.

Preferred Experiential Background

  • From 1 or 2 years of relevance experience prospecting net new customers
  • Willingness to work outside of the box, thinking creatively about how to best capture a potential customers attention.
  • Willingness to work on the phone and digital tools on a daily basis.
  • Knowledge and experience bringing new business opportunities, usually through cold email, cold calls, networking, and social selling. – inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Sales and commercial skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Basic Industry knowledge (software)
  • High level of English is a must (B2- C1)
