REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to come to work onsite in our Denver office 3 days a week Work remotely 2 days a week.
  • 1-2 years of business experience including customer service or engagement (Sales experience preferred).
  • Results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a high level of initiative and perseverance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and manage the negotiation process effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to trade shows and events as required.
  • Prior experience meeting or exceeding quotas is preferred.

We are searching for a Business Development Representative who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With your product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, BDRs communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their specific needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. BDRs may also assist in developing sales opportunities. Successful BDRs will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience:

  • Utilize the CRM tool to contact marketing-generated prospects and new leads from business directories and other sources.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects via phone and email to understand their needs and explain how the companys products and services can fulfill those needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as lead qualification, selling strategies, or marketing information.
  • Establish and maintain access to decision-makers and end-users in prospective client companies.
  • Keep detailed account records in the CRM tool.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys product offerings and stay current on industry trends and internal product developments.
  • Research emerging technologies, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet or exceed qualification targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects, deliver product demos, and showcase the value of the companys offerings.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales quotas
