REQUIREMENTS
- A natural hunter personality – you love getting into the details of a customer and finding out who they are and what they are looking for.
- A people-first approach – you love talking to clients and you’re not afraid to turn a no into a yes
- Fluent in Dutch + English (minimum C1 level; other languages are a bonus)
- 1 to 2 years of experience selling a B2B SaaS solution (previous SDR or outbound sales experience highly valued)
- Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics
- Highly organized and can easily adapt to change
- A growth mindset - has demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
- Excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Business Development Representative, you will join the Benelux pod based in our Mechelen hub to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities that can bolster Rydoo’s presence in our Benelux market. You’ll work closely with the Sales + Marketing team to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach for the Benelux market. With your superior communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and excellent organizational skills you will have a direct impact on our sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate sales pipeline that will be converted into closed business through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other creative approaches to get the attention of key prospects
- Qualifying outbound leads to understand their business challenges as they relate to expense management and assess if and how Rydoo can help
- Work closely with the sales team, aligned on the market strategy to grow our pipeline and customer base in your assigned region
- Gather marketing information related to customers, competitors, and pricing
