We are looking for a Business Development Representative to work with several Latin American countries, playing a key role in managing and qualifying leads. The role involves working directly with sales and marketing teams to generate opportunities and create strategic campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced student or graduate in Global Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Advanced English (Mandatory).
- Full-time availability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) coming through the system and classify them based on criteria such as budget and business potential.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to validate incoming leads and take action via emails and calls.
- Use Salesforce CRM to schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team, and validate if there’s a business opportunity.
- Develop and manage cadence campaigns in Salesforce, including automated emails that adjust based on client responses.
- Learn about the company’s products to identify business opportunities and creatively capture the attention of potential clients.
- Create and manage your own marketing campaigns designed to increase MQLs and convert them into business opportunities.
- Measure your performance based on the number of opportunities generated per month (goal of 20 opportunities monthly).
