We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding Sales Team! As a Business Development Rep (BDR), you will be responsible for organizational mapping, prospecting and qualifying leads through cold campaigns and setting up opportunities for the Account Executive Team. You will contact these prospects over the phone, via email, text, and social platforms to explain the value proposition of Case IQ. The ideal candidate should be customer centric, resilient, and goal-driven with a strong technical aptitude.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and qualify prospects, then convert them into meetings booked for our Account Executive team
  • Perform cold outreach through multi-channels such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging and running through ongoing cadences in Salesloft
  • Work on strategic outbound account-based campaigns
  • Leverage intent data from a variety of sources
  • Utilize sales tech such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, RollWorks and Qualified chatbot
  • Learn and understand our ICP and target audiences
  • Consistently maintaining daily and monthly KPIs and targets
  • Work in collaboration with Account Executives, Marketing and Sales Operations teams
  • Innovate and develop new ways to sell and disrupt the market today

Who We’re Looking For

  • Outbound prospecting knowledge and experience
  • Can take rejection well and come up with creative ways to overcome them and tap into new opportunities
  • Experience with our tech stack is an asset not a must, that include: Salesloft, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Qualified chat bot, ZoomInfo, RollsWorks (or other ABM/intent data tools)
  • Proactive and motivated individual able to work independently and with a team
  • High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding individual and team goals
  • Superb written, speaking and listening skills with a superior command in English

Assets (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge and experience with Account-Based Marketing is a very strong asset
  • 1+ years previous business development/sales development experience in a SaaS organization
  • Identifying and prospecting professionals in the HR and Ethics & Compliance space is considered a bonus
  • Ambitious self-starter who is willing to learn, innovate and exceed personal and team goals
