Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Prospect and develop the market
  • Provide a high level of customer service by being knowledgeable about all product offerings.
  • Provide consistent sales and product coaching to ensure the highest level of sales.
  • Ensure business development with existing and new customers by proposing our complementary payroll and human resources management solutions
  • Demonstrate the solution to customers
  • Maintain performance indicators and improve internal processes
  • Participate in various representation or promotional events (conferences desirable)
  • Meet influential people to present the company and its solutions
  • Enter sales data required for monthly performance reports, and track prospects and opportunities using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • University degree in business administration
  • 4 to 7 years’ experience selling products and services
  • Ability to work with individual and collective sales objectives
  • Experience in negotiating and concluding commercial terms in accordance with set price and limits
  • Strong business acumen
  • Travel to customers and events required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of payroll, human resources and time management solutions.
    Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global customers.
