QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience as an Inside sales Lead
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• In depth understanding of the sales administration process
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Numerical abilities and problem solving attitude

• Identify and expand target customers accounts
• Could outreach and prospecting
• Manage leads through the lead flow cycle
• Follow up on marketing leads and qualify potential opportunities
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new initiatives, or solutions
• Reseach and discover methos to increase customer engagement
• Ensure sales, financial and legal policies and procedures are met
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development department to ensure brand and consistency and increase sales
