Coreio is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to source new sales opportunities through outbound activities including cold calls/e-mails, webinars, etc. This role will focus on medium-sized businesses across North America. This is a great entry level position, ideal for someone looking to grow in the sales industry and develop your sales skills, along with a knack for information technology and a passion for excellent customer service.
A dynamic go getter, the successful candidate will have the ability to connect with clients and help them on their various IT requirements. As an BDR, your role will be to consistently build a pipeline of new opportunities.

IDEAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recent graduate seeking employment as a Business Development Representative.
  • Previous BDR experience, or the skills associated with this role is important (this includes cold callings, email campaigns, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo)
  • Understanding of the IT (Services), ServiceNow and IT outsourcing experience is a definite asset.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, you are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives and peers
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a professional attitude
  • Coachable and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Nice to have SAAS and Managed Services knowledge.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets
  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by penetrating new accounts through high activity calling, emailing and via ZoomInfo to key decision makers in Enterprises with a focus on finding qualified projects and setting appointments for our sales team to take forward
  • Reconnect and build relationships with older cold leads & stalled projects to help continuously build the pipeline
  • Partner with ServiceNow BDR and sales teams to ensure Coreio is top of mind and getting new leads
  • Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with the decision makers
  • Continue to refine and hone your prospecting and outreach skills
  • Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached
  • Articulate Coreio values and capabilities to prospects through phone and email communication
  • Meet or exceed quarterly target
  • Leverage Social Media to increase Coreio brand awareness
