We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative. You will partner with our Sales and Marketing teams to demonstrate the value proposition of Talan’s guidance in leveraging ERP significant value, crafting compelling solutions for our US clients. Among other things, your capabilities include:

Job Description

  • Make targeted phone calls to potential customers and provide them with information regarding our products and services;
  • Pre-qualify potential customer requests from multiple channels, for better alignment with our offer;
  • Schedule appointments for Account Managers from our Cloud Solutions business units;
  • Detect and follow up on qualified sales leads, thanks to appropriate follow-up and follow-up activities;
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Participate in the development of GTM strategies, call scripts and email templates to address the needs and interests of the targeted accounts;
  • Maintain contact lists and CRM
  • Build regular reporting on campaign activities
  • Contribute to campaign effectiveness through innovative and tailored suggestions and continuous feedback on market trends

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or a diploma deemed equivalent;
  • Have at least 2 years of conclusive experience in business development, particularly with the English-speaking market. Experience in information technology will be considered an asset;
  • English speaking or fluently bilingual
  • Attentive to the needs of potential customers and results-oriented
  • Excellent ability to listen and adapt to objections
  • Ability to work in a team in a multi-project mode
  • Demonstrate dynamism, commitment and curiosity towards the field of technology
