We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us identify, engage, and close high-value clients who want to leverage AI-powered sales and marketing automation to scale their businesses.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or lead generation (experience in AI-driven solutions, digital marketing, or B2B sales is a plus).
  • Strong Communication: Ability to articulate the value of AI-powered automation in business growth.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with AI-driven sales tools, automation platforms, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
  • Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong desire to close deals and make an impact.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand business needs and position AI-enhanced solutions effectively.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, iterate strategies, and continuously improve performance

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Use tools and automations to identify and engage potential clients via cold email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Lead Qualification: Educate prospects on how our AI agents automatically respond, nurture, and qualify leads, making their sales process more efficient.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems integrated with AI to track prospects, automate follow-ups, and improve conversion rates.
  • Client Consultation: Clearly communicate how our AI sales and marketing agents can help business owners reduce manual workload and close more deals effortlessly.
  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings for senior sales executives while leveraging AI to handle initial touchpoints and increase conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and AI advancements to enhance outreach and positioning strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales KPIs, leveraging AI-driven analytics to optimize outreach and performance.
