Description:

SALARY: 35K (47K OTE)

I am looking for an SDR to join a fantastic Telecoms company based out of their Huddersfield office. This role is perfect for an SDR with a couple of years of proven experience to step into a role that will offer both training and professional development.
This role is exclusively outbound, meaning you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business growth across a variety of channels. Your efforts will include everything from cold calling potential clients, to leveraging LinkedIn for prospecting and executing targeted email marketing campaigns.
The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position are not only realistic but also highly achievable. What truly sets this opportunity apart is the protection of your commission during the first three months. This ensures that you’re guaranteed to earn commission from your very first month, giving you a strong start as you build your success.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and create lasting relationships.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and energetic approach to sales, with a growth mindset and a drive to succeed.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn new products and services quickly.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting: Conduct strategic outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build strong relationships with potential customers, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to closed deals, effectively managing customer interactions and addressing their needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, highlighting the value and benefits of our telecoms solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve shared goals.
