Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth efforts, generating new business opportunities and driving the sales pipeline.
A day in the life of this position includes:
- Utilizing your discovery and prospecting skills to create a funnel of highly qualified leads for our inside sales team.
- Identifying and researching potential clients and target markets through various channels.
- Qualifying leads and setting up meetings between potential clients and the inside sales team.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Executing and managing outbound campaigns including email sequences, calls, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Championing FlexPay, utilizing your knowledge of our product and the payments industry to develop qualified leads.
- Discussing clients’ needs to demonstrate FlexPay’s value proposition.
- Qualifying leads through independent research.
- Communicating with prospective clients via phone and email to follow up on previous communications and share tailored content on FlexPay’s product and value proposition.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities within SalesForce.
- Following up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for lead generations and appointments set.
- Staying informed on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and company offerings.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, initiate outreach, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
