We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to join our remote team and drive our growth by closing deals with new clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative in a healthcare staffing agency.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets in the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing market and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Close deals with clients to provide them with our staffing services, focusing on CNAs and Nurses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the smooth onboarding and placement of staff.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
