REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role
  • Skilled in various sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for delivering engaging presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and internet technologies
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software tools
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail) or similar office software like MS Excel and MS Word

Responsibilities:

We are seeking energetic and driven Business Development Representatives to join our growing commercial team and fuel Skillko’s next phase of growth. Reporting to the Executive team, this role is essential in expanding market share and enhancing brand awareness within a competitive sector. You will identify and engage new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential customers, and collaborate closely with marketing to convert campaign-generated leads. Success in this role requires a background in lead generation, meeting sales quotas, and excellent communication skills to nurture meaningful client relationships from the first contact through to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition to account management for ongoing support and service.
