We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to serve as a Business Development Representative for IT Staffing and Software Consulting Sales. At Jointech-MX, we are market leaders in technological solutions, specializing in providing IT staffing and software consulting services to growing companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, Cold Calling, Strategic Sourcing, preferably in the IT or software services industry.
- Availability to travel to California, San Diego, for training and client meetings.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude, with strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Motivation for professional growth and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet objectives.
