BECOME AN EXPERT AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - LEAD GENERATION
We seek a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will be crucial in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a knack for identifying potential clients.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients within the tech industry.
- Use various tools and platforms to generate a robust pipeline of leads.
- Contact prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.
- Engage with leads to understand their staffing needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects using CRM software.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the sales team with all necessary information.
- Inbound Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective inbound marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Outreach and Communication:
- Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position the company’s offerings effectively.
- Schedule appointments or demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the tech staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and understanding of technical roles and requirements is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
