Description:

North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a Business Development Representative located within the Tampa Florida area.
This is a hybrid position, in-office Tuesday-Thursday, and remote Monday & Friday
.

  • Sales and/or customer service experience

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Build density in top-end sales funnel Leads for further pipeline development and qualification to provide the territory sales team with Sales Qualified prospects.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Conduct daily prospecting, lead qualification, and sales territory management support activities
  • Leverage NAR Sales tech stack resources to research, orchestrate, and engage sales prospects (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Accurately record sales related customer and prospect notes in HubSpot
  • Establish and implement sales outreach cadence using a proper mix of phone, email, and social media
  • Set discovery meetings with Sales Qualified Leads and the territory Regional Sales Manager
  • Provide customer management support as needed within assigned territory
