We are looking for a Business Development Representative Player/Coach (BDR) to help identify and qualify new business opportunities for our sales organization. Compensation will consist of a base salary, commission structure, and benefits.
The base salary range is $45,000-55,000 and the On-Target Earnings is $65,000-70,000.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
- Researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in our products
- Creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborating with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
- Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
- Engaging with educators and school administrators to understand their needs and challenges
- Assisting Skill Struck in building the foundation for our BDR Team, and helping to onboard new BDRs
