As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in our business growth by actively engaging with inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a passion for exceeding targets. You would be joining an exciting, hardworking, remote and flexible team that is relentlessly focused on revolutionizing how companies hire in today’s world.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Team: Sales & Marketing
Earning potential: $100K - $120K CAD annually
Location: Hybrid
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (flexible)
Start Date: Flexible
Career Path: Business Development Representative with the potential to move to the Account Executive position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Outbound prospecting generating new business (calls, email, social)
- Inbound lead qualification and distribution
- Set qualified introductory discovery meetings within ICP
- Understand customer pain points and articulate the Premier Construction Software value proposition
- Achieve targets of qualified opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
