JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this role will be to engage in phone-based cold calling and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to identifying and qualifying leads. Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role primarily involves phone-based interactions, constituting 90% of your responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and build relationships with new and existing prospects
- Attain sales and gross profit objectives set by the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for the growth and development of assigned targets.
- Regularly call on established accounts.
- Establishing and qualifying new accounts.
- Aggressively selling all products available.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers.
- Maintaining familiarity with all products and programs
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Manage a customer database.
- Provide additional help in areas as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
