Description:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Business Development Representative, your main objective is to generate interest, pre-qualify, schedule and procure new sales opportunities through high volume outbound calls and emails to prospective customers. Your success is rewarded with a competitive base plus commission structure and measured by call volume, number of appointments set, and new business won. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background or education in Sales or Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize own schedule to stay on task and meet daily goals/commitments
  • Experience with Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of outbound calling experience or related sales capacity
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Experience with national multi-site/state workforce
  • Experience in high growth environment/company

Responsibilities:

  • 90% of time spent on outbound calls and emails
  • Qualifying leads via light on-line research and follow up on marketing campaign interactions
  • Setting appointments with outside sales team
  • Documenting call notes in CRM
  • Administrative activities related to prospecting and documenting calls
  • Providing input and feedback for continuous process and resource improvement
