ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain.
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to reliable vehicle
  • Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • Previous experience in the care industry is preferrable

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assertive engagement with known and potential referral sources toobtain and maintain consistent incoming referrals.
  • Seek out partnerships for service provision.
  • Expand new business by effectively planning, developing, and maintainingsound positive relationships with in-home support provider networks, healthprofessionals, hospitals, government agencies and other customer groups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources who require homecare services by regularly scheduling and conducting visits to those referral sources inorder to assist in identifying those clients who may be appropriate for home healthservices thereby increasing the number of clients served by the company.
  • Undertake business relationship-building opportunities and cold calling toestablish initial contact and generate new business.
  • Establish referral source needs and identify secondary or hidden needs,attempting to add value accordingly.
  • Represent the Company at health fairs, mall shows, other community servicefunctions, and participates in civic and/or community committees as requested.
  • Utilise all incoming enquiries and existing clients as an opportunity to generatenew and/or additional business for Right at Home.
  • Undertake a range of outbound calls to maintain referrer relationships and tomake sales.
  • Ensure opportunities and requests for new products and/or service areidentified, recorded and reported to assist in future business development and
  • Actively participate in the implementation of new services in line with therequirements of each program and the Right at Home business development plans.
  • Achieve organizational and operational quality indicators and results-orientedperformance measures as determined.
  • Maintain excellent currency of skills and knowledge relevant to the Health,Disability and Aged Care sector.
  • Undertake a range of marketing initiatives including social media, direct marketing (eg. flyer distribution) and other types of marketing.
  • Management of “Google Reviews” & types of reviews.
  • Accept and manage potential client enquiries.
  • Chair fortnightly or monthly Business Development meetings to discuss new initiatives, progress, marketing campaigns, referral sources & onboarding of new clients.
