TripleTen is a global online bootcamp dedicated to empowering individuals to master tech professions regardless of their prior experience. We specialize in software engineering, data analytics, data science, and QA engineering, providing accessible training to help individuals secure new opportunities in the tech industry.
We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Payment team at TripleTen LATAM. Our main goal will be to develop payment methods for our customers by developing existing and finding new financial providers in each of the countries in Latin America where we are operating.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with local and international stakeholders.
  • From 2 years of proven experience in creating detailed and persuasive reports and proposals to support business development activities and secure new payment partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and form strategic alliances that align with the company’s goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges proactively.
  • Ability to maintain and nurture current payment partnerships, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to make correct proposal evaluations and effectively analyze the results of current collaborations.
  • Ability to understand and dig into legal and accounting questions, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies to analyze market data and measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.

  • Research and Analysis: Conducting market research about financial services and infrastructure in each country.
  • Strategic Thinking: Looking for new payment partners for our clients with such billing options as subscriptions/loans/installments/payment getaways.
  • Task Management: Handling day-to-day business tasks and administrative duties.
  • Relationship Management: Receiving offers from partners, negotiate, record agreements.
  • Data Management: Checking contracts for compliance with agreements, making amendments.
  • Hands-on Execution: Monitoring current performance metrics in the process of working with partners and improving them.
