This position will provide continuous support and exemplary customer service to our incredible public sector clients in their ongoing efforts to best serve our communities.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Business Development Representative in the Public Safety Technology space, you will work in close alignment with our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be pursue identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic outreach. You will develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to contract negotiation and implementation
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress toward goals.
