LEAD QUALIFICATION:

  • Engage prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and how XLYNX’s solutions can address these.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as fit, scale, and market potential to ensure alignment with company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A combination of business and science backgrounds would be ideal.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role with measurable success.
  • Confident in leading sales calls, identifying opportunities, and fostering client relationships.
  • Process-oriented and systematic, with a strong respect for the sales process and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with end-to-end sales processes would be an asset.
  • Experience with photopatterning, adhesion and sealant technologies or quantum dots is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
