Job Description
The Business Development Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, driving sales growth for Delta’s comprehensive telecom solutions, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across the CEE region. This role requires expertise in telecom infrastructure and data center technologies, strong partner management skills, and a deep understanding of the CEE market landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management within the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years of experience in the CEE region.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecom infrastructure, data center technologies, and industry partner ecosystems.
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex, high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships in the B2B telecom space within CEE.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives in telecom companies and partner organizations across diverse CEE markets.
- Fluency in English and at least one other CEE language; additional CEE languages are a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of the cultural, economic, and regulatory environments in CEE countries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address diverse telecom challenges and partnership opportunities in the region.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, partner management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the CEE region (up to 60%).
