Description:
- Additional role ensuring ongoing pivotal Business Development (BD) support across the firm’s strategic growth areas - Technology, Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMET) sector as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate practice
- This will suit a BD young gun looking to bring existing foundation experience to a market-leading BD team where you will be mentored and supported, while also being given scope and opportunity to continue to grow your career

What’s involved?
Flexibility to be Melbourne or Sydney, as a member of the Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) team this role is focused on supporting the firm’s TMET sector and M&A Practice in the development and preparation of marketing materials, including directories and tender/bid submissions, maintaining content, tools and templates, and planning and executing client engagement initiatives.
Reporting to a Senior Client Relationship Manager, who will offer mentoring and guidance, and working closely with the broader BD team, this exceptional opportunity represents a chance to develop and enhance your career in a broad business development and marketing role with recognised leaders in their field, where you’ll be both challenged by and exposed to a number of opportunities.

This isn’t an entry role to the workforce however offers an entry into our high performing BD team. This role is pivotal as the go to person for the team and is relied upon to work closely with other members of the regional Business
Development team.
Your role will support the implementation of business development activities, including providing assistance with:
- Supporting the development of high-quality documents and materials, including client driven collateral, tenders and proposals, capability statements, directories and awards submissions
- Assisting key clients with account management and relationship development activities including account planning, opportunity identification, relationship mapping, reporting, maintaining client data and research
- Supporting BD colleagues to develop and execute the client and business development strategies and priorities for your relevant or broader sector and relevant strategic or key clients
- Assisting the CRMs to implement plans and initiatives across sectors and geographic markets
- Being curious about client feedback opportunities for the sector and supporting the CRM to capture and analyse client insights
- Collaborating with practice groups and centres on integrating marketing campaigns
- Supporting the senior team members to actively manage and monitor team BD budgets Working with the BD team to coordinate and deliver successful client events, engagement, sponsorships, industry partnerships and conferences.
