Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Exceptional level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot)
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in a new business/business development team in a media/ tech organisation, ideally in a media agency or experience as a media planner or client lead, wanting to move into a business development role

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Medialab is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Business Development Manager/Account Director, for 12-month maternity cover, to start in October 2024.
The role sits within Medialab’s business development team, which is responsible for the agency’s marketing communications and new business activity.
This is a great opportunity to drive growth for the UK’s leading independent media agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the agency’s new business efforts and will work closely with the team delivering Medialab’s marketing strategy.
You will be proactive, good at multitasking and a great communicator. You’ll currently be working in a business development team, looking for more responsibility and progression or you might be in a media planning or client leadership role and looking to make a move into business development.
You will be responsible for line managing the team’s Business Development Executive, and will work closely with our client teams, the Medialab Board and media and data specialists, getting to know everyone across the business.
